We will respond within a few hours and confirm the costings.

Shipping charges

Our charges are as follows:-
We charge 25% of your total goods order for IKEA to Jersey. Example: Total order value on shopping list £100 (our charge is £25 to ship it to Jersey). Please note any orders of £40and below will be charged a set fee of £10 delivery to our Jersey warehouse. You are welcome to come and collect this order from us with no further charges and we would be only too happy to load into the car for you.

Onward delivery to your door from our St John depot is charged at £5 for small items (1 person delivery) or £10 if it requires two people to make the delivery. Please note that some Ikea boxes are very heavy. If your order is going to several locations these will be charged separately. You may also pop by and collect the goods from us to save the local delivery fee, a time and day will be arranged with you directly.

GST is calculated on the value of the goods as a total amount including our shipping charge. We shall notify you of these Government charges on your invoice if they are applicable. As clearance agents we are able to invoice you for this and pass on as your goods come through, saving you any delays waiting for clearance and thus onward delivery.
Once you have seen and accepted our quotation/invoice you must then send payment. We accept Internet banking, cheque or cash in person to us quoting your invoice number. A confirmation email will be sent to you with an approximate delivery day (normally within only a few days). Unless payment is made in full by a Friday each week it cannot be processed late and you may miss the delivery slot until the following week.

Delivery terms and conditions
We are happy to make your IKEA delivery to your doorstep or even into a garage or shed. For insurance and health and safety reasons we do not locate your order into specific rooms of your home. This is down to you.

Apartment with accessible lift:-
We are happy to load the IKEA delivery into a lift and take to your front door. The goods must easily fit into the lift-car, access must be good and clear through hallways and corridors. If your Ikea order does not fit into the lift car easily, and requires another member of staff to carry up flights of stairs then a further charge of £10 will be payable for restricted access.
We can also make the delivery into the communal hallway or corridor thus saving you additional costs.

Apartment with no lift
We make an extra charge of £10 for apartments that have difficult access or excessive stairs for delivery. To avoid this charge we can leave the items in the communal hallway or entrance to the apartment.

Please note:
1) For health and safety reasons we will not be able to make the delivery if hallways and corridors are not kept clear and tidy for access.
2) Large bulky items of furniture like sofas are delivered in wrapped packaging. We are not able to remove this packaging for you, dispose of it, or build the furniture up.
3) It is your responsibility to ensure items like sofas will fit through doorways for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not fit when we make the delivery. We shall assist you in anyway we can but ultimately will have to leave your order on the doorstep if we need to carry on with further delivery appointments.
4) We do not locate the Ikea items into your house, or individual rooms around the house. The delivery charge is quite simply to the doorstep only and we take no responsibility whatsoever for any marks, scuffs to any door frame, floor, wall, furniture, driveway or vehicle when we are invited onto your property to make this delivery. By inviting us into the entrance of your home you do so on the understanding that you cannot make claim for any of the above when we have left.

Faulty, damaged or general returns on goods
When Ikea items need to go back for refund for whatever reason we must insist that you replace the item into its original packaging where possible. Please email us the reason for your return with a photo if possible showing the damage so that we can relay this information to our supplier/IKEA directly.

To make the collection of the item, please help us by leaving it in a garage, or shed, or somewhere we can get access to between 9 and 5.30 Monday to Friday. We make a handling fee for this work and we will discuss this with you directly depending on the circumstances and time from initial order / delivery. It will also help speed the process up if you can deliver the item back to our depot in St John.
1) If the goods are faulty (we will need photograph evidence to support this) you will not be charged any fees from us to replace the item. (Unless the price of the item has changed since the first order was placed).

2) If you are simply swapping the goods for another (due to a size / colour error or miss measured wardrobe for example) then we will charge you an admin fee for doing so. Please call us for more tailored details regarding your enquiry and all costs will be advised in writing via email to you. If you are wishing to discuss vat on your order, we will happily return this to you in full, however there will be an administration fee due on all orders which is non negotiable. Please mention this at time of placing your order as it cant be done after the delivery has been completed. We will advise you this in writing tailored to your order. All goods bought & collected are on demand and therefore Bookmyspace purchase from store and onwardly supply to you. By paying our invoice you are confirming you agree with our terms and conditions noted here, and that you understand our administration charges.
